1. Who we are
Ceylon Now arranges and operates private driver-guides, airport transfers and round tours in Sri Lanka, booked directly with us via ceylonnow.com and WhatsApp. We are responsible for every trip we confirm. Stays and locally led experiences are arranged with trusted local partners.
2. Quotes and bookings
Prices quoted on WhatsApp or email are estimates until we confirm in writing. A booking is confirmed when we accept the itinerary and you pay any deposit we request (or we confirm a no-deposit hold in writing). Changes after confirmation may change the price.
3. Payments
Payments may be taken via PayHere, PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods we agree. Card details are processed by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
4. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate dates, passenger counts, flight details, and pickup points. You are responsible for visas, travel insurance, and personal belongings in the vehicle.
5. Our service
Drivers are experienced. We do not claim SLTDA registration for every vehicle or guide unless stated in writing for that booking. We may substitute an equivalent vehicle or driver if needed.
6. Cancellations and refunds
See our Cancellation policy and Refund policy. Refunds are returned to the same payment method used for the original payment.
7. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, site closures, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.
8. Website use
Do not misuse the site, scrape content, or submit false booking requests. Content on the site is for information; live quotes may differ.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes are subject to the courts of Sri Lanka.
